      I placed an order for delivery on Minsky's website and never received it. I contacted the store about 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time and was told it was on the way with the driver. I called back later that evening and was told they were going to "check with the driver" and call me back. I never received a call back. I sent an email and filled out the "Contact Us" form on their website to attempt to get a resolution to this, but never received a response. I didn't receive what I paid for and would like my money refunded.

      We believe the order was signed and stolen by someone else at the building. The driver was promptly contacted after we received the call about a late delivery. The driver then confirmed delivery, which is why there was no call back. We had believed the order was handed to the customer and needed no further resolution. We will refund the customer for the order and add $20 store credit that they can use next time they order.

      I was charged twice in 4/21/24. The original charge was $59.94. I called Minsky’s as soon as I got home because I noticed I was over charged. I spoke to a manager that was going to void the original charge and then add a new charge for $57.55. However I was charged both of those amounts because they didn’t void the $59.94 like they were supposed to.
      I have called several times and I have to leave a message for a manager and I never get a call back nor have I been refunded $59.94.
