    My insurance company had been running circles around me, and after 12 months I had basically given up. I called J&J asked them for their honest opinion, and they came out and gave it. They said my claim wasn’t a 100% guarantee, and laid out some options out in front of me and what they thought would be best given my situation. It was super refreshing vs the other 5-6 contractors I talked to who all felt like they were pushing a sale rather than looking out for my best interests. J&J walked me through the claim, supported me every step of the way, fought on my behalf, and were super responsive and respectful. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs to have work done. Shoutout to Dustin, he did great work and is a generally stand up guy.

    I highly recommend working with ***************************! For us, the need to call a roofer was honestly a call we were dreading to make. But when ****** came out, he listened to our concerns and gave us honest, straightforward solutions. A call we were dreading turned into a resolution of the problem within 2 days! ******, we can't thank you enough!

    ****** was representing JJ Roofing when they made the appointment. He was on time, very professional, and explained the process. He spoke from the heart, great personality, sense of humor, and a good spirit! After the inspection he showed me pictures of the roof and explained how nothing was needed at that time and it was in great condition! I will definitely use them in the near future, and would absolutely recommend them.

    Best customer service ever! ****** was phenomenal in the way that he made my husband and I feel supported. He followed up daily, took the time to explain everything (something 2 or 3 times to me lol) he was consistent and extremely knowledgeable.The guys who put on my roof were kind and efficient, got the job done fast. Everything was seamless. I will only recommend ********* from here on out and will only go to them with any roofing needs that come my way.

    Excellent company to work with. Communication was easy, honest and open, and the work was very satisfactory (I got to see photos) and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again, and refer them to anyone who needs any roof work done.

    Bought our first house only to find that the roof leaked during the first rain storm after moving in. These guys were absolutely amazing and made a very stressful time so easy and stress free for us. They went out of their way to work with us and make it possible to repair our roof quickly and timely. I will always go back to them with our future roofing needs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or repair.

    ****** was very helpful and courteous throughout this entire process. They did an awesome job assessing what was best for us to do going through insurance or not. The gutters and roof repair made the house look brand new. ****** was easy to get ahold of and everything was done in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable; I highly recommend them!
