      JS Construction did work in my home and knew there was mold in the attic, because they wrote up repair work that was caused by the mold. Even though they are not a mold mediation company, they had a moral obligation to let me know it was still there before moving forward with their construction work.
      Additionally, the timing for when someone would be out to do work, was hit or miss. Some days workmen would show-up, somedays they would not. I rarely knew when they would be out to work. Very unprofessional. Also, work was included in their estimate that was NOT done by JS. One specific item, I did myself! When I addressed this with the JS project manager, he proposed that the amount be credited to me for out-of-pocket work I wanted them to do. Needless to say, after I endorsed the check over to JS, I did not hear back from them. I did not receive a refund/credit that was promised.
      I am very disappointed and upset with this company and would NOT recommended them.

      Dear Mr. S******,
      Thank you for your recent review regarding the repair work carried out at your home. We understand your concerns and would like to clarify the sequence of events and our procedures as they relate to your insurance claim.
      Upon our initial visit, we identified what appeared to be mold in your attic. As our company does not specialize in mold mitigation, we immediately advised you to contact your insurance adjuster to determine the next appropriate steps. All repair work was put on hold at that time.
      We were subsequently informed that a mold mitigation company had been assigned. During their assessment, both mold and asbestos were confirmed, and they proceeded with the removal of the impacted sheetrock. Once we received the "all clear" from the mitigation company, we commenced repairs, strictly following the insurance-approved scope of work.
      Throughout the extensive repair process, which was completed in less than one month, we provided you with access to our online schedule. This platform allowed for daily work schedule updates and facilitated direct communication with us via email, text, and photo sharing. We noted numerous emails and requests from you during this period, indicating consistent and extensive communication.
      At the project's conclusion, you signed a Certificate of Satisfaction with our work. During that meeting, you requested that the funds allocated for painting a wall in your kitchen be redirected toward the installation of four additional roof vents. Your home now has a total of six roof vents. Following an internal audit, we processed your request and mailed a check this week for the refund of the painting allowance and two replaced items, less the cost of the four roof vents.
      We appreciate your business and hope this clarification addresses your concerns.

      Totally poor completion and a 17 month
      delay in completion of this project.
      Very , Very poor communication , technicians at
      my door with no appointment .
      Incomplete work and asking for money.
      Before all is done.
      Horrific company. No respect for the home

      Please note that the significant delays in the project were largely due to factors beyond our control, including insurance approval processes and unforeseen issues. Additionally, scheduling challenges arose due to your specific availability requirements, which deviated from standard industry practices.
      The unsanitary conditions of your home during the repair process were less than ideal. However, our team took necessary precautions to complete the work.
      Regarding the warranty issues you raised, we have scheduled the necessary repairs as part of our 5-year workmanship warranty.
