    The team at 816 Solar did an outstanding job on our installation and we couldn't be happier. Each step of the way from planning, scheduling, and inspections, they kept us informed and were super responsive and easy to work with. The installation itself was also a great experience. The materials were delivered the day before, and installation was completed in a day. The team worked great together, did very professional, conscientious, high quality work. We are super happy and would recommend these folks to anyone considering going solar! =)

    If I could have a redo I would tell them to get off my porch and never answered the door! They spent almost 3 hours “explaining” how everything works to help reduce your electric bill to almost nothing. And how you would get this huge tax credit to put towards the cost of your solar panels. All a lie!!! Took almost 2 months to get everything installed. Never showed us the Apps to download to see how the panels are working. Still paying $300+ to the electric company plus paying $300 a month for the solar panels. DON’T DO IT!! If I could give zero stars I would but they make me give one!

    Great customer service from the start and now with the installation of the panels. The crew installed them in a timely manner and also gave me a brief tutorial on the equipment.

    This is the only solar panel company that told me "they can put solar panels on my roof", instead of in my yard. I'm thankful they were able to work with me. I've always wanted solar panels to help save on my electric bill and I'm so very thankful it was possible finally! Thank y'all for your wonderful solar panels and your service. Y'all have done an excellent job! Keep up the good work! Please ??

    I am a physical therapist and work to serve clients everyday. I cant think of a better company to recommend! The product is amazing and efficient. 816 solar pros made sure we have everything we need, worked with our local utility, and made installation a breeze. After installation they have made sure that we have access to fast support and are always available to make sure our experience with solar power is what we want for our home!

    If I could do it all over I would turn around and run. This company has been the worst ever since the word sold. Excessive wait time for installation with ZERO communication! I tried to reach out to the owner to find out what is going on. I only saw him the day they randomly showed up with all the materials and that was the last time I've seen him! Been having trouble with the system since it was installed waited over 6 months for the generator to be put in and is still not complete and working properly, my yard is still torn up and I have a giant hole under our sidewalk and I can't get anybody to answer the phone or respond. We've been ignored and the system was down for almost a month. So we're having to pay the solar Bill AND an electric bill at the same time. I want them to pay for our electric bill, for our yard to get fixed and for our generator to be operational. Do your research and find a better company or you'll be writing your own bad review over a year later!
