    ****** from customer service called me brainless when I asked for a proper receipt to turn into my insurance company. I had called and emailed for two months asking for the receipt. They will not call you back. Very unprofessional and rude.

    I strongly discourage engaging with this firm. Among other concerns, I experienced a pattern of communication deficiencies and inconsistencies throughout the process.
    Yet what was particularly disappointing were my communications with upper level management in an effort to address a couple challenges with the installation (introduced below): the experience was unhelpful, costly and most disconcerting.
    The two primary underlying issues occurred on delivery/installation day.
    1. The solar panels delivered were larger than specified in the contract. To fit the contractual amount of panels on my roof, they had to switch to a different system, whereby the panels were drilled into my rooftop. After seeing images of other solar panels on other rooftops in the area detached by this month's storms: allowing interior moisture penetration, I had concerns, but agreed to the change.
    2. After inadequately surveying the property (relying on Google's aerial photography and a brief drone survey), the installation team determined they couldn't place the conduit or system boxes on the side of my house because the space was inadequate, so they said it needed to go on my rear facade. I live in a 165-year old Gothic Revival brick structure within a national historic landmark district. While the firm offered some insignificant methods to mitigate the impact, the final installation profoundly mars the ground-level aesthetics, notably compromising my property's value.
