DO NOT USE COINLEDGER! Their customer support is non-existent and their app is very difficult to use. The YouTube videos make it look easy. It is not. It is a mess. I asked Chat GPT around 25 questions on importing which is the first step. It could not fix the problems. On and on it tried. Not a single correct answer. I'm so glad I never got out of the first stages of the process and therefore lost no money. Now that I know others have received bogus reports at the end and lost their money, Im glad this app failed early in the process. I lost around 8 hours trying to make it work with a computer guy on the phone for the last hour and he finally said, "dump it, you are wasting your time!"

If I could leave less than 1 I would. Paid $600 for a report that said I had more than 30% more money than I actually did. Spent hours going over transactions with their help to receive something that was totally unusable. Spent hours combining through their updates to find their mistakes, since their numbers were way off. Too many to deal with. It was so bad that I debated starting over. Decided to go with another company instead or repaying another $600 to possibly end up in the same spot. Tried a different company, (won't say which one, don't want my complaint to seem illegitimate, just want others to not go through what I did, and pay that much.) Best decision made this year. Import was correct, minor transaction adjustments, even refiled previous years taxes. All in less time and money. Emailed them my complaint and got no response.

I realized right after downloading tax report on Coin Ledger where I paid $90 for the crypto tax service that their cost data was wrong for a crypto coin I purchased. After deep-diving my Coinbase account where the crypto was purchased and sold, it was clear that there was a bug with Coin Ledger and it was showing higher cost for the purchase of the coin and as a result it was showing loss. However, this was definitely not true. The truth is there was a gain. As I didn't want to make false loss tax claim due to Coin Ledger's mistake, I decided to use Coinbase's report, not the report I downloaded from Coin Ledger. I contacted the customer service for a refund the same day I made the purchase. First, an operator called Benjamin mentioned me there was 14-day refund guarantee under certain conditions and asked me the proof of the discrepancy I mentioned above. I sent them the proof of the discrepancy by showing the screen shots of what Coin Ledger is reporting and what the original source Coinbase reported. Apparently Coin Ledger had no clue about their own technical incapability, 4 days later Benjamin replied to my email saying they can't refund my money because I already downloaded the report without making any comment on the proof of the discrepancy. This is funny because they asked that proof and did not even care about making any comment on that. I don't think it is justifiable to say that they don't want to refund because I downloaded a report although the product is defective. I asked them again to refund my money 6 days ago making my point about their product being DEFECTIVE, but they still haven't responded. They have a poor business ethic, but I will not give up fighting for the refund of my $90 for a report that I can't use. The funny thing is I downloaded the correct report from the original purchased and sold source (Coinbase) for free. In conclusion, just be cautious about Con Ledger and try to find a fair and honest alternative.
