This is a predictor tow company They tried to over charge me and when I simply ask to break down the charges “CODY said he didn’t have time to break down charges it’s 415” threatening me to pay 415$ Which I did and after the fact I got a hold of a supervisor or owner they did in fact tell em the correct charges in less than a 5 min phone call and it was only 385$ please be cautious of company likes this !!!!!!!

Dispatch was very busy on 4/16/24. Dispatch asked the customer to please hold and she wanted to scream and yell and cuss. When the Dispatcher put the customer on hold she hung up. and called back. She Instantly called back and kept screaming and yelling. A supervisor then answered the phone after she called back a third time. We instantly looked into the problem and made it right with the customer.

Drove 3 hours to pick up an item they said they could load after I called ahead to be sure. They made my driver waited for 4 hours they said they couldn’t and wouldn’t load him. I sent another truck back with my own loader and they charged additional storage.

Towed my car from a small lot in ***********. Unfortunately, the sign directing people who parked there to pay was gone - taken, blown away, who knows. My car has a handicapped placard and I was parked in a disabled spot. I have great difficulty walking. When I found the car gone at first I thought it was stolen. Then I walked to the other entrance to the lot ( a block away) and found a crummy hand-lettered sign saying it was a paid parking, and to call Andrews if your car had been towed.I ended up paying for an Uber to get to their impound lot, and they charged $240 to release my car. They didnt care that there was no sign at the lot entrance, or that the car had a disabled placard. Altogether a miserable experience.
