Chris and Adam seemed nice at first but we're argumentative later.
The basically changed me almost $600 for 2 tows. They both argued a point deceitful.
This is a pure scam to take all of the money in your checking account.
This no matter how you slice it should be illegal because they are deceitful. I am sure they are unrepentant about bad service, bad communication and deceitfulness. I should have read the reviews first. Will never use their business again and will definitely spread the word about their business practices. Shameful.

I required your towing service on April 24. Had to have you pick up a pick up truck their tow truck driver came in and wanted to pick up my truck and drag it instead of very carefully pick it up and move it the right way. The only thing was wrong with my pick ball joint instead of working with my other half the guy ignored him and just dragged the vehicle across the cement and did more damage to my vehicle. Then we went to get a hold of the people tried several several times cost us more days four more days that we could not get to our vehicle to have another company come in and tow it from their shop then it ended up costing us over $700 to get it picked up out of their shop. I think it’s a little ridiculous so somebody needs to stop and cut this business out of the shop. Thank you.

Predatory towing do not use!! Outrageous fees preyed on a accident that occurred and charged Outrageous fees to get the cat out! When showed up had to wait for over an hour even though I called ahead to let them know I was coming.

Towed my vehicle after an accident, stated they would towed you to my house. Then said they had to tow to their yard. After that he took it off the truck and said it would be $1200 to tow it to my house. Then told me I need to sign paper work that was “abandoned property.” Which I told him no I was not filling this paper out, I’m not abandoning my property. I want my vehicle take to my house. Then the man said he was off work and wouldn’t. Now my insurance company is trying to get the car and they’re saying it’s going to cost $2100 for them to get my car out. Complete scums & frauds. The car only been there for 36 hours and it’s costing $2100 to get it out. Make that make sense.

Scheduled around 5pm 10/29/24, through my insurance app. Delayed three separate times, eventually picked up around 7:20pm. The driver was aware they were to leave my vehicle at the shop I specified in my tow request and to leave the keys in the dropbox since it was now after hours.

Didn't hear from the shop by Nov. 11th so I followed up, only to find my vehicle never arrived there. After some calling around I found out Maxx Towing took my truck to their personal yard and, according to them, they received the wrong contact info from the insurance agency. My truck sat at their lot for over 10 days without any contact to me. When we figured out what was going on my insurance sent another company to pick up my vehicle, Maxx refused to release it until the storage fees were paid. IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT YOUR LOT TO BEGIN WITH, THIEVES.

Progressive was able to pull the tracking log for the tow truck that initially picked up my vehicle; not only did they not even attempt to take it to the shop it was supposed to go to, but they went clear over into Kansas before turning around and bringing to their tow yard off I-70.

I will be taking this to the District Attorneys office, as well as KCPD and the Better Business Bureau first thing in the morning.

These are disgusting people and if you have any say, you should avoid using them at any cost.
