    I purchased a car from Yeshurun Tow and Repo on February 28,2024 around 7pm or 8pm central time when I got home the car was leaking gas and I called and told him and said ok you are bringing the car to me anyway when you get off of work. The next day I got off and he was busy and told me that he will call me when he gets back to the shop but I told him that I had to pick up my daughter from school at 4:10pm and the car was driving crazy and kept telling him that. The car stops in the middle of the highway on 435 south and he said that will call his tow man and call me back. I called him back and he said that the tow was too far and he was going to his truck and come to get us which never happened because the tow man ended up pulling up hours later and I was very nervous and confused because ***** wasn’t answering the phone so I didn’t know the tow man was coming so I was nervous with my daughter until we went to shop because then I knew it was true. He said that was I was going get a loaner car so I can get back and forth to work and that didn’t happen after sitting at shop for hours with my daughter. He told me that he will take me to work and to pick up my daughter until I get a loaner car. The next day he was a hour late because he overslept and I got a point token so I was mad and he didn’t pick me up from work so I had to Uber to get my daughter and he supposed to meet there but we was outside for hours waiting on him everyday. He told me 3/03/2024 that he will order a engine 3/4/24 and the car will be done 3/06/24. I kept calling him trying check on engine update and he always said I will call you back but never did and I called him on 3/6/24 and he had another excuse on why the wasn’t fixed so I asked for my money and that’s when he bought up the $600 that I owed him from a previous car which he said I can keep for my inconvenience on 2/29/24 when he was taking me home and he said well my wife is going let happen because you are not dealing with us anymore.

    I contacted ***** today and told me someone will contact me which was his company that him and wife owed together but y’all said he haven’t responded to y’all yet. I am confused.

    The Mechanic at this business had my car for 3 months. He was to replace the engine on my vehicle after ordering the replacement engine. He never received the part due to him not being at his shop for it to get delivered. I gave the mechanic on December 9th, 2023, $1500.51 for him to order the engine. Then I gave him another $400 for parts. After giving him the funds, it was very hard to catch him at his place of business. He would at times ignore my calls and text messages. This mechanic is the owner of the business. He offered to help me with my services and to be done in a timely manner. I never received my vehicle in the time that he told me. I have not heard anything as to when I would receive my refund.
