    Are used kens taxi and shuttle service from the airport to the *********** in *********** ********. ****** most definitely overcharged me for the service. On the side of his cab it said there was initial fee of $2.50 and then I would be charged $2.10 per mile after that. The distance from the airport to the hotel is roughly 21 miles the airport. He shouldve charged me $44.60 for the cab ride and of course we would tip him at least 15%. What he ended up charging us was $63 for the cab ride and and because we didnt realize he was overcharging us we gave him a $12 tip. This man is a con man and you have them rated as an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. It really did hurt me when I realized he took me for a ride literally financially. I most definitely would like to discuss this matter with the Better Business Bureau because youre supporting a guy that is a con artist. One of the other things I noticed and I shouldve said something about if you never turn the meter on and I thought that was a little odd but of course Im in *********** and I dont know what the laws are of the rules are. However I did look them up after the cab ride and found out he was in violation for not turning his meter on to justify his fair. The outside of the cab was marked $2.50 initial fee and $2.10 per mile. Im not sure who the regulatory agency is but Im going report this guy to the regulatory agency in this case. Hopefully Ill get a phone call from you guys regarding this matter. Once again my name is . I know this doesnt seem like a big deal to you guys but he needs to About $25 to make the situation right. Its not a lot of money but its really the principle of how this man operates and the fact that you gave him an A+ rating which I find is ridiculous. He only has one bad rating on yelp because hes only been reviewed by one person.
