  asked for quote for tree removal online with ****** **** ******* but somehow quotes came in from **** ****, the first ones to call almost immediately were Tree Outfitters, LLC. They came out in a couple of days and I agreed on their quote to remove what is actually our neighbor's tree and haul away two piles of brush/limbs etc. I asked them if they could safely remove the tree since it's close to our deck etc, they told me in broken English they had insurance. 4th of August? they showed up at 8AM and I watched them work from inside our kitchen looking out from the kitchen sliding door. As they finished up I was about to pay them in cash as they requested, I was moving to pay them out in front of the house but one of the workers knocked on the back sliding door so I paid him($700 cash) in the back and surveyed their work area and it looked fine. I actually asked them to give me a quote to prune another large tree and clean up the perimeter of the yard but they quoted too high so I told them we'd think about it. It was the next morning taking out trash I noticed they broke 5 bricks off our little side wall leading into our backyard, they were broken in 4-5 large pieces and piled on top of the wall, clearly a fresh brake with dirt and fresh plant debris within the top of the wall. I called to complain and they denied doing the damage. They proved no insurance contact information but sent two of the workers of 4-5 of them to give and estimate. They basically called me a liar and denied they did any damage. When I told them I'd complain to attorney general they conceded that they didn't damage it but would repair it anyway. I refused to be called a liar and told them I won't work with such criminals. Without any doubt in my mind they damaged the wall and I requested insurance agent come out and give a proper estimate to hire professional masonry to be done. They've never sent me requested insurance info now THEY are contesting my honest **** **** review,

  We are Tree outfitters LLC and got hired by ******* ******* through ****** **** to do a small job to remove a small tree and haul away two piles of brush and limbs. The crew did the job with no problems, or so we thought. A couple of days later, I received a very rude call from Mr. *******, cussing and saying we had damaged a brick wall in his property, to whom i responded that we would go back to his property and if the allegations were true, we would definitely fix it. This made him madder because he said I called him a liar, with i never did, i said "if" we did it, which apparently to him that means calling him a liar. Mr. ****** went really crazy on the phone and started cussing me out and screaming at me. 30 mins after i got his call, 2 of my workers where at his property looking at the brick wall he was talking about. it turned out to be 3 broken bricks that where already broken whenever we did the job. I called Mr. ******* as the 2 workers are assessing the situation and sending pics of the 3 broken bricks as he proceeds to go outside and yell at my workers to leave his property and call them criminals.  As I'm on the phone i can hear him very upset and to try to calm things down. i told him " Look we didn't do this damage but that's ok, we will fix it any way" to what he said, "No. i want a professional and i will find the right masonry company, not criminals like you." We are not professionals in masonry, but we do have friends who are and can defeatedly fix those 3 broken bricks. My 2 workers didn't fall fs his insults and left his property as he requested. Things only got worse from there, Mr. ******* started harassing me, calling me and my crew criminals, illegal immigrants and pretty much being racist towards us. I teied to do my best to fix this situation but Mr. ******* is someone who is just rude and wants to take advantage of a situation.

  I am rejecting this response because:if you need pics I can take time to go out and take photos of the 5... precisely five broken bricks that were found piled upon the wall with branches and tendrils of plant debris on them. She never provided proof of insurance to this day despite, approximately 5 demands to do so. She sent no insurance claims representatives at all, ever but instead sent two of her workers which is tantamount to somebody burning my home down then sending the guilty arsonists to give me and estimate on damage and repairs etc. I never swore at her but clearly voiced my disgust at the workers lying to me regarding leaving and not divulging the damage to our home, instead leaving me to find out about it the next day while taking out the trash. Basically everything Miss *******? is stating is inaccurate and false. She even stupid so low as to claim I was a 'profiling racist' for merely being upset with such unprofessional and criminal attitude from her workers which she complicity represents. I told her I myself am half Asian etc, and if I was a 'profiling racist' I wouldn't have hired them in the first place... I was the one who met them and hired them! Once again I never swore, used profanity with her workers or her in person or on the phone.

  I myself am over it, such criminals aren't worth the effort. She refuses to this moment to not provide supposed insurance contacts and I won't waste another moment thinking about a criminal like her and her workers. I reported them to ICE but honestly with the current political treasonous corruption even in they are illegals they'd probably get better treatment than me a legal American citizen. Once again, they had temp tags on their car, no insurance, liars, lie upon lie and take no responsibility. They thought they could just get away with it all by offering the two goons to fix what they broke, but I refused to allow them on our property again. They are inept, liars, more than likely illegals and your at the BBB know they must be a bogus business since they didn't show up via your BBB search engine. At this point I don't care. I'll just get some type of cement bonging blue and stick THE FIVE BROKEN BRICKS back together.
