    Long story short they ended up charging me $800 just to clean my brake pads, replace a headlight dimmer switch, and top off my oil. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE when they gave me the keys back to my vehicle, my engine was sputtering and idling very low. The exhaust pipe was bouncing up and down very erratically and it was emitting a very bad burnt oil smell.

    Dustin claimed that my vehicle was like that when I brought it in and called me a liar several times to my face.

    Additionally when I got home. I noticed a burnt rubber smell and smoke coming from my tire well. I was pretty sure that my rear dually tires were seized and not spinning.

    I called Dustin who continued gaslighting me and talking to me like I was stupid. Despite the safety concerns I expressed to him, he told me I had to drive my vehicle back to the shop to be looked at. Ridiculous!

    After begging and pleading, he finally sent a technician who concluded that the tires in fact were not spinning. Wow! They did not even check them after they removed components to clean my brake pads.

    If I would have driven any further than I did my tires would have caught on fire as well as my vehicle/motorhome which has active propane lines throughout it.

    I had to drive all the way to FL from VA with a sputtering engine. Luckily I was able to take it to a honest and trustworthy mechanic who was able to quickly resolve the issue caused by Elite Truck’s negligence.

    Don’t go here especially if you have a vehicle that you love and care about. Also if you are a woman they will take advantage of you and talk to you like you know nothing. BEWARE!
