    I coach a travel baseball team and we contracted Resto Athletic (contact: ***** ******* ************* ************* ************* to design and provide uniforms for our team. This included 3 coaches hats, 12 player hats, 24 jerseys (2 sets), 12 belts, 12 pairs of socks and 12 pair of pants.

    We received 3 coaches hats (satisfied), 12 player hats (satisfied), 24 jerseys (satisfied), 12 bets (satisfied), 12 pair of socks (NEVER RECEIVED), 12 pair of pants (Sizes were not as described and could not be used).

    We paid expedited shipping as well so we could have uniforms before our 1st game. We never received our socks which we were billed $20.76/pair. Our pants were not good and only 3 out of 12 kids pants fit per the size charts guidance the other 9 had to go purchase baseball pants or had to go to a seamstress to adjust the sizes. They were also $20.76/pair. I’ve complained about this by way of email, text and phone messages and now I’m being ghosted by *****. Last I heard she put in a request weeks ago for some form of compensation but I can no longer get a response from her and I have received now such refund. I have record of all communication if you need me to provide. I have also tried to reach anyone else at the company and every avenue of communication seems to funnel to ***** Rector and she is no longer communicating.

    We spoke to this customer to hear about his full experience with us. In order to resolve this issue, we have honored free remakes for a number of his items as well as a $400 credit toward a future purchase. The customer was agreeable to this as well. Thank you.

    I purchased several jerseys from resto. I have had good business with them in the past. I recieved all mens jerseys that were way bigger then what was ordered. I have the same purchase order from last year, asking for the same items (same style, same sizes, etc), I have sent them visual proof on multiple occasions, have asked for updates periodically, and only one person has been helpful who is the n vacation currently. I ordered this stuff months ago and it’s still a back and forth. Now they want me to call to come up with a fair solution, basically stating there’s some sort of compromise here when I made no error or mistake. These jerseys are like parachutes. I have visual and physical proof of these jerseys with the same size on the collar, and they are completely different sizes. I want the correct jerseys in a timely manner and I do not intend to pay for someone else’s mistake. Since I’ve already been asked so send visual proof on several occasions I can provide that here too.

    There was a sizing complaint and then problems making contact with this client.  Evidently the sales person was on vacation which created a delay in communication. The home office left a couple messages for the client which did evidently did not get to her.   We have agreed to fully replace any jerseys that did not fit. The client tells us that she has been trying retract this complaint.  We hope she is successful :)    We have had a positive past relationship and are glad we could resolve this to her satisfaction. FYI  -  It was a small order of 11 jerseys and sizing was not right for 8 of the players - which are being replaced promptly.   Sincerely, **** ********
