      I purchased a Central Vacuum that costs me over $1000.00 and it arrived damaged (large dent it in) I put in a claim with *** and *** refunded American Vacuum over $700.00 however, American Vacuum refused to send me the insurance money they received from *** even though they assured me they would send me the insurance proceeds.

      The owner of American Vacuum has passed away, I believe he asked for you to return the unit for a refund. The staff here will honor that still. Please return the unit and a refund will be issued. We are sorry for your inconvenience. American Vacuum Company has been in business for 52 years and strives to make our customers happy.
