    Attempted to purchase a refurbished vending machine from "***** ** ******** * ***** ******* ******** **** ********. They are out of Kansas City Missouri, phone number is ************. They only accept payment through cashapp and zelle (should have been my first clue). we paid (see attached receipt) and then after it "shipped", we got an email from ***** ***** ******* stating that the unit was in Illinois and we had to pay insurance to ship it. Attached email from them ***** ** *****) attached. This is when I got really suspicious--we were not only not told about insurance, but how would it have shipped from Kansas City MO to Illinois WITHOUT insurance and then all of the sudden they need us to pay for it. We reached out to ******** Vending Machines as well b/c they are also listed at same address--they said they know "****** but still no resolution there. I have been asking for a refund for two weeks now and they say they will refund, now I have been blocked from the page completely. I do believe this is pretty elaborate and involves at least these 3 businesses. The cashapp names are also included in the attachments.
