******* *********** is a lying scamming money hungry crook. He scammed me and my entire class he lied about how much we would be getting paid after our class, he changed the price for literally every person that took the class and people paid as much as $5000 for a 8 day discussion not even a real class. Class was supposed to be 2 hours a day for two weeks the trainer was busy working her job and making our class shorter so she could work. It was bs and when discussed with him after the training was over he got angry because I was angry and said he wouldn’t send my information to the course that I paid for already to hire me because I let him know he was a fraud

In April of 2024 I was lied to and fraudulently coerced into signing up for a fraudulent "project management " course via KIP Network. The alleged instructor rarely held a "class" which was supposed to be held daily for 2 weeks. In reality the 2 or 3 "classes" that we did get to attend were nothing more than conversations and we learned absolutely nothing about project management! In the last conversation/class that was held it was brought up to the remaining students in the class that we were all being ripped off and that this course was a SCAM! We were all shocked and had no idea what was going on. She then preceded to prove it by calling the owner of KIP Network while the whole class was on the call (he did not know we were listening) and they went back and forth about the lies we were told and how he promised students that we would be hired upon completion of the course which was false! After the call she proceeded to tell us that she will no longer be "teaching" the class and that he was looking for a new teacher. She also said she was no longer doing video calls with us. We had no idea what to do at this point. So I called ******* (owner if Kip Network) and told him everything that happened and told him I no longer wanted to be apart of this "program" and that I never received ANY of the things that were promised, not even real classes! He was very hesitant and was trying to assure me that everything would be taken care of but at that point I was done. I then called edley and told them everything that happened and they said they could only void the loan if the KIP Network returned funds that were owed to them. I then contacted ******* again and after going back and forth he finally agreed to return the money to ***** and cancel me from the program. I still have text messages to prove these statements. He said everything will be handled. 2 months later he still hasn't returned the $ and Edly is harrasing me. This has been a horrible experience to say the least

I am writing to share my highly disappointing experience with Kip-Network. My friend, ****** *****, and I enrolled in a course based on promises made in a ********** job posting. The posting claimed that after paying $3,500 for a four-week course, we would be placed in a job starting at $60,000 annually. We paid $1,000 upfront for both of us to join the course.

From the outset, the course was poorly structured and executed. The classes, led by ***** ******* averaged only 1 to 1.5 hours instead of the promised 20 hours of instruction, and sometimes they were as short as 30 minutes. Mr. ****** often conducted these classes from his bed, displaying a clear lack of professionalism.

Upon completing the course, we were told we would start an internship with Prospect Logistics. However, the job turned out to be soliciting local trucking partners for commissions, which contradicted the initial promise of a $60,000 annual salary. During a Zoom call, Mr. ****** even admitted that none of his previous students had succeeded in making any money from this program.

Following our complaints, ******** ******** informed us that ***** ****** would no longer support the externship, and a larger company would take over. However, we have not received any updates regarding this new company or the program's progress. Additionally, despite repeated assurances from Mr. ******* ************ the owner of Kip-Network, we have not received the professional certificate of completion promised to us.

Given the numerous issues and the failure to deliver on their promises, it is clear that Kip-Network did not provide the service we paid for. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone. We have requested a full refund of $1,000, but to date, there has been no satisfactory resolution. ****** ******

I responded to an ad for this so-called Vocational school around the end of May this year of 2024 paid $500 to be trained and logistics and trucking field with the promise of being subsequently put to work and 30 other people that I know of Have received almost no responses back from these people when asked for a refund for services that were not provided as promised I believe these people to be Liars cheats and scammers numerous times of confronting them. I have yet to hear back any news of any sort nor have I received any type of refund in the same has happened to many others.

On April 26, 2024 I took out a $3500 student loan for the KIP vocational school Before doing this, my first question to ******* *********** was whether or not they had job placement when you were done with taking the certification. He told me yes but I later read in their fine print that job placement is not something that they promised or even have anyway, I still have not completed the certification not because I have not wanted to but because I cannot get any response from Kip Network or the man ***** ****** who ““ supposedly was supposed to teach the class. I have written several emails to several different people. I have them all saved. I just want to send back the $35 that I borrowed and I just wanna wash my hands and be done with it, two payments have already been due that I haven’t been able to make

I first spoke with ***** who told me everything about the course and I previously worked in logistics, so I was very interested that was on 04/08/2024. I did not get approved for the loan, so my only choice was the in-house financing which required a deposit of $250 or $500 I put down the $500 on 04/17 the next step was to speak to the teacher of the course *****. After speaking to her I did not want to continue with the course I submitted a withdrawal request on 04/18/2024. This was the first time I spoke to the owner he immediately called me asking why I shard how I felt this feeling did not go away after speaking with him. I should have started that day Thursday 04/18 I did not. That Monday 04/22 I sent my request again the answer to that email was an acceptance email with a zoom class I declined and again requested to be withdrawn. On 04/25/2024 I spoke with ******* about my refund he told me I would be getting a refund I said I would wait about two weeks call ended, two weeks later I called ******* again to see what had happened He stated give him 30 days, to make sure I asked 30 days from the 25th which would mean 05/25 he said yes. It is now well passed 05/25 and no refund has been received. ******* does not answer my phone calls and ignores my messages. The Agreement I singed is attached.
