      I recently had to file a storm damage claim for siding and a new roof. I found this contractor online, their website says they do roofing, siding and have an A+ rating with the BBB. After I contacted them their sales rep came out the same day the insurance adjuster did. I spoke in detail to the sales rep about siding and roofing. At one point the sales rep said if we can't match the color of your siding they'll have to cover all 4 sides, not just the 2 the adjuster said would be covered.
      A week or so later we sat down to sign the paperwork to start the process of getting my home repaired. As we were signing the papers there was no mention of the siding so I asked him about it. He said they were not going to do the siding.
      I had spoken to the sales rep on at least 2 occasions before signing the papers which offered him ample opportunity to tell me they were not going to do my siding.
      I found this to be a deceptive and deliberate. I have contacted 5 other contractors who either want both jobs (roof & siding) or they refuse the job or they do not return my calls. I'm 0 for 5 in finding someone to do the work.
      All I am seeking is what I was lead to believe, and that is for Cardinal Contractors to finish the work on my claim and do the siding.
