    To Whom It May Concern,

    I am filing this complaint against Relax Relief Rejuvenate Trading LLC regarding their product, EDP shots. My brother and I have spent thousands of dollars purchasing these shots from various sources, only to later discover that they are not as advertised. Independent lab reports that I obtained indicate that the product contains no detectable 7-hydroxymitragynine, which contradicts the expectations set by the company’s marketing and labeling.

    After bringing this issue to the company’s attention, they initially offered me one box of EDP shots as compensation. However, in order to receive further compensation, they demanded that I notarize a document. While attempting to resolve this matter, the company’s administrator inexplicably blocked my phone number, and I suspect they may have also blocked my email address, effectively cutting off all communication.

    Furthermore, the EDP shots in question act on opioid receptors, leading to severe withdrawal symptoms and making them highly addictive. This product is already illegal in many states, and I strongly believe it should not be sold in vape shops. In fact, my addiction to these shots became so severe that I had to go through a medical program to be prescribed Suboxone in order to successfully stop using them. Thanks to this program, I was able to get off EDP shots, but I believe no one else should have to go through what I did.

    Given the unethical business practices I have experienced, I may also file complaints against the vape shops distributing this product. I request that the BBB investigate this matter and hold Relax Relief Rejuvenate Trading LLC accountable for its misleading product claims, poor customer service, and the dangers associated with their product. I also urge a review of the legality and ethical implications of their product distribution.

    is false. We have documentation confirming that our products are tested by
    certified third-party labs, and these results directly contradict *** ********

    practice to ensure clarity and mutual accountability. Unfortunately, *** ******** behavior escalated to the point of repeated, inappropriate contact and
    unfounded accusations, leaving us no choice but to discontinue communication
    with him.

    compliance of our products, which are manufactured and marketed in accordance

    Dear Better Business Bureau,


    I am writing in response to the complaint submitted regarding the product, EDP shots, from my perspective as a concerned customer. I feel it’s important to clarify the situation and respond to the company’s statements.


    My concern arose after independent lab testing, which indicated that the product contained “no detectable 7-hydroxymitragynine,” a key active compound in kratom. The company has since denied these findings, claiming that their own third-party lab results contradict this. However, I have yet to receive clear and verifiable evidence from the company showing that their testing results support the presence of 7-hydroxymitragynine in their product. I believe transparency in product testing is essential for consumer trust, and I have been requesting such documentation.


    In an effort to resolve the situation, I initially accepted their offer of a replacement product, but I also requested a notarized document to formalize the resolution for clarity. Unfortunately, after this, the communication became increasingly difficult. I was met with dismissals and what I felt were unprofessional responses, which led to no further resolution on their part.


    I continue to have concerns about the product’s composition and its alignment with the company’s claims. I would appreciate further investigation to ensure consumers are being provided with accurate information regarding the contents and quality of EDP shots.
