    I ordered a bottle of wine back in 2018 when the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl. The process went smooth as expected - the bottle was beautiful and I had zero complaints. I ordered another bottle of wine when the Eagles won the Super Bowl this year against the Kansas City Chiefs. These people took the money out of my account on February 11 and by February 26, I was expecting some type of confirmation email with at least tracking number for FedEx, and I had nothing. I attempted to call these people multiple times and nobody picks up. I emailed them and I received a ridiculous belittling email in return and a female, (which I will leave her name out of this) called me back and had the audacity to drop the F BOMB (literally) on me. From my experience, typically companies do not withdraw funds until the order ships. I’ve never had an experience where a company like Mano’s will take the money and several weeks later, I still don’t have a confirmation on my shipping number. Just to give an example, I also ordered a Barbie doll from Mattel when the Eagles won the Super Bowl and they only produced the winning team. Mattel advised me the doll will not be produced until September, which was fine with me - But guess what? Mattel still hasn’t taken the money - they do what is right - Mattel isn’t going to take the money until they ship the doll in September. Somebody needs to audit this company because they are doing the wrong thing. And if they are treating their customers this way, just imagine what they are doing on their taxes. The IRS seriously needs to audit this company because something is not right..

    No answer to phone calls or emails. Ordered 3 bottles only received 2. Paid for 3 so far nothing back from multiple phone calls and emails.

    Company sends out flawed product expects you to clean up their mess on the bottle and wants to offer you nothing for doing it. They admittedly knew they have a problem with their sticky medallions getting glue all over the bottle, but they expect you to clean it off do not buy from this company. You will be truly disappointed.

    I ordered from Mano’s on November 11 and paid $81.00 for my order. I have called and was told it was being shipped today (12/11/23), it never was. I sent numerous emails, some ignored, some telling me they were backlogged and would ship out., more lies. This is unacceptable! What was suppose to be 10-14 days has turned into almost a month!!! This place should not be selling anything!!!! Oh and one star is more than they deserve!!! There is no option for anything less! HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

    I placed a order with ****'s Wine for a customized wine bottle for a friend who had just graduated with her PhD. I spent over $70 on this purchase, and it was supposed to be shipped successfully to her apartment by *****. Firstly, it took ****'s far longer than they initially promised to even ship the bottle out. Once it was shipped via ****** there were nothing but issues from there. When ***** failed to properly deliver the bottle, and instead returned it to ****'s Wine, I received an email from ****'s asking if I would like to pay nearly $20 more to have it reshipped. This was after they didn't return my call from days prior, when I asked for a full refund. This sort of behavior is completely unprofessional and unethical. I asked for a complete refund, and I am hoping I receive it in full, and that includes the costs of shipping.
