    Had great time there they said it be two weeks to get glasses then when I left she called said I over payed and I would be back to get glasses that was 2/27/24 I called and called ever time no answer no instructions finally Mar/26/24 I called lady told me she has no clue why the lab failed glasses and said don't call they call they then said at first I should been told 20 days either why have no understanding of price and have no glasses a mouth later .. I need understand bill Understand stand product issues and receive whole value so I could go elsewhere. I pick this place only bc insurance but desired to get glasses in excelsior springs so be closer and with company that treats me wall I fear warranty is as confusing as price and date of receiving

    This is what they gave me after they call to give glasses on Friday after bbb contact them the bill makes more questions then answer. My insurance said price was different then both of my receipts. And whole team been replaced so the work has no details of why receipt different or why I received a unfit receipt.. but got glasses on 3-29 the day after there reply from bbb

    Thank You for the message and making us aware of this situation.  I can say that after research and speaking with the other staff members that *** ****** glasses were picked up on 03/29/2024.  Please note that we did inform is Daughter of the delays in his glasses since this is the only number and contact that we were provided.  His glasses did fail quality inspection 2 times, we do not wish to provide our patients with less than premium products.  I am truly sorry for *** ****** experience.
