    We purchased a surefire sign that has been inoperable since November. I have spoke to the support line numerous times and been promised a repair, and no one ever shows up. After calling in today, I got to speak to the owners of the operation, ***** and ***, neither acted like they really even cared. They were more worried that I called the sales line rather than the support line. After talking to ***** who just wanted to know "what in the hell" we wanted, I made a comment I guess I should put on advertisment on the top half of the sign for surefire and how they take care of their signs. He then hung up on me. Great customer service!!

    I am responding to the complaint attached. This is absolutely not true. This business purchased a
    sign from us in October of 2014. This sign was delivered and installed and we provided a 5 year part
    warranty. We do not nor have we ever had a service contract with this client. Over the years this sign
    has had some power issues and we have serviced it but, we are not the only company that can
    service it. This sign is over 8 years old now and by the comments in this complaint indicates that we
    sold a sign and are now refusing service. I want to make it very clear that we are not obligated nor
    bound into any agreement that states otherwise to service this product for a lifetime just because we
    built it. I repeat, if the client does not feel that we can provide a service fast enough then they are
    free to choose from any sign company to service their sign. This client has eluded that they bought
    this sign in November and that we refuse to service it. This obviously is not the case. I will add that it
    is actually more beneficial for them to call a local service company rather than pay us to drive 4
    hours round trip anyway.
