    I had a previous balance of $0 when I received my bill for July on July 1st which was due on July 22nd ($89) then I received a notice of disconnect on August 1 to be disconnected on the 15th which is barely 3 weeks after my due date for a WATER bill!! They did not call me within 24 hours of disconnecting my service on the 19th of August so I paid July and August on the 19th and they charged me another $110 reconnection fee but did not reconnect until the 20th. Im just wanting my $110 reconnection fee to be credited back to my account because if they wouldve called me within the 24 hours to tell me it was being disconnected I wouldve gladly paid as I did anyway. Im also curious if its even ok for them to disconnect someone who had been up to date for being 3 weeks late with a payment. Sorry you have to deal with this as its not much money I just dont want them doing this to others who may need a little more time than myself to come up with the money to get reconnected.

    Regarding the disconnect fee, it is intended to offset the costs associated with disconnecting and reconnecting service. These costs include the time and labor of our technicians, as well as any additional administrative tasks involved.
    We understand that unexpected expenses can be difficult, and we encourage ******************** to reach out to our customer service team if he is facing financial challenges. We may be able to work with him to develop a payment plan or explore other options.
