    The services related to a $2500 monthly subscription for managed full IT Services. He explained during our initial meeting that this included IT Support and Monitoring, assistance with CyberSecurity protection, Cloud Solutions and IT Strategy. Our staff of ten employees were frustrated with the IT services that he provided. We terminated the contract one week before the monthly payment period (also consistent with one week prior to when the automatic payment occurred). A few of our issues included: Best PC Repair would take days to respond frustrating the team and slowing down productivity 2) *****, owner of Best PC Repair, never completed the onboarding/offboarding employee checklists 3) ***** took six months to implement email security and security training 4) ***** failed to service computers under warranty. No cancellation clause was in the contract and we were not otherwise informed of a cancellation policy. We also provided reasonable notice of the termination. ***** responded to our termination notice and said, ""There are 5 months remaining on our contract, so the final balance due is $12,500. Would you like us to bill this to the card on file, or would you prefer a formal invoice and pay by check?" ***** proceeded to charge our credit card for the full amount without our permission. He had our credit card on file and had been charging our credit card automatically each month. We disputed the charges and received a determination letter that our $12,500 provisional credit is final.

    March 20, 2025. I chose Best PC Repair based on good reviews on ****** and an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. I spoke to a friendly voice on the phone, *******. He stated to bring it to their office suite and they will give me a diagnosis. When I think of a computer repair shop, I envision a pretty busy environment with a salesperson and a technician if they are not the same person. The person I met when I dropped off the laptop was a man who was not *******, but a person with no experience to answer my questions; regarded as a person who just does paperwork. I filled out a very simple application and wrote what I needed to fix. They took my credit card information and a service fee was charged. I did not get any type of receipt although an invoice came via email. When I tried to click on some LINKS labeled Client Portal Link: Click Here to Access Your Account, it did not work. Im not sure what happened to names written in previous reviews. I guess they have a high turnover or new owner. ******* and ***** were the names I knew. I understand that soldering is needed to install a new charging port, but a new motherboard?? I am no expert, but in reviewing PC repair articles, I will have to disagree. I just left a computer store where I purchased a new computer for 1/2 of the price of the proposed repair.

    Customer wasn't happy with her diagnosis. She was hoping to soldered on some parts without any knowledge of how this process works and when she was told her motherboard needed replaced was very polite in store and to employees but got online and left this review and one on ******. We are upfront with all of our pricing so not sure why she is unhappy as she declined or quote.
