      We attempted to buy a home from this property management company last year. There were several structural issues discovered with the home during our renovations. They did not care about the potential hazards to the home or our concerns. They were bullies and harassed us constantly to pay the complete down payment but refused to comply with a home inspection or honoring the issues with the home. We paid out of pocked for a home inspection. We were advised at that time that the house will never pass a home inspection needed to obtain our own mortgage at the end of the rent-to-own contract. We would have been stuck in a cycle with this company charging us a large amount of rent or would have been forced to vacate the home and lose all of our equity and down payment. Stay away from this company. I attempted to contact senior management at this company due to the tone and lack of progress with Jason Courtney. No one else would answer our calls or emails.

      This company preys on individuals with either bad or borderline credit who want/need to buy a home. They are not providing or obtaining any home inspections nor do they honor or encourage you to get your own home inspection. We attempted to buy a rent-to-own home from this real estate company in January of 2023. We found major water issues in the crawl space under an addition as well as mold in the second addition. They claimed they were going to have the crawl space cleaned and graded by professionals as well as the lawn and clean up the mold. None of these jobs were ever completed but they continued to harass to finalize our down payment.
