  Cannot say enough positive things about FM Roofing. I just recently had my roof replaced due to damage from all the storms. **** was our sales ******** was a delight to deal with from start to finish of the job. Always responding to any and all questions I had during the process. Contractors were very efficient & thorough. Crew made sure all debris was cleaned up and things were put back the way they found them. And **** made sure to do a follow up once the job was completed. Please consider FM for all ur roofing needs.

  BEWARE!!!!!!!!
  I want to make everyone aware that might be considering FM Roofing.
  I DO NOT recommend them!! They left me with a leaking roof causing water damage on the inside of my house and then refused to fix it!!
  They do not back their work!!
  They are a scam!!
  They blew me off time and time again and then after 4 months and 2 tornadoes later they finally made it out to look and told me it's not their problem!!
  I spent my hard earned money on a new roof last fall and it started leaking 2 months later.
  They blew me off for 4 months and then said it's not their fault but they can fix the issue for more money!!!
  When I posted an honest review the owner, Frank Melton, then started to bully me and said if I didn’t remove my review within 15 minutes that I would hear from their lawyers.

We explained that the source is due to needed tuckpointing and masonry repairs, which fall outside the scope of our roofing ******* Roofing stands behind the quality of our installations, and we always address concerns when they relate to our workmanship.   We received a bid for a new roof from FM Roofing. We had called four different roofing companies, and ***** **** with FM roofing was the only one that returned our call. ***** was very professional and down to earth. He stated that the roof would probably take about two weeks to start, but he would try and get it quicker if he could. We had our new roof within 10 days. We cannot recommend this company enough. You never know with contractors now days, but we couldn't be happier. ***** is definitely someone we will deal with again. In fact we need to have siding put on our home, and FM Roofing and ***** is who we will deal with. The workmanship was excellent, and the clean up was amazing. There are a lot of roofing companies out there, but save yourself some heartache and call FM Roofing, and ask for *****.

  FM Roofing did an amazing job on my mothers roof. FM Roofing made everything EASY for us. The project manager we worked, *****, with was very professional. I would suggest going to FM for any questions you have. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

  FM was great. I had them come out to look at a leak which he was able to fix. He told me the roof was otherwise in decent condition other than the small hole he found and patched. I havent had any problems with a leak since and will be calling them in the future for quotes when its time for a full replacement.

  I have had a few problems with my roof over the last couple years from hail or other issues and FM was quick to respond and gave me a fair quote. Theyve also installed other products and fixed exterior issues to my old house. They have been nothing but a reliable company and in this trade that means everything. They didnt try and scam me out of money or give me terrible product for cheap. It goes a long way to pay a normal amount to get the job done right the first time. Ive since referred them to my own family members who they have helped navigate insurance claims which can get confusing to the common person. *** worked with a few people in their company, I.e. ****, *****, ******* to name a few. My family has had nothing but positive things to say about them. I think it goes a long way to say that if you can trust FM roofing enough to send them to help your mother and grandmother then they are a company youd want to work with.

  We have used FM Roofing a couple of different times, old house and new house. *******. has always been very responsive, courteous and on time. The quotes have been very reasonable and met. ******* had our roof bought through insurance which was amazing. He worked directly with our insurance rep to accomplish this. We are working with FM Roofing again after the hail storm that happened. Would highly recommended reaching out.

  Hostile sales associate with poor communication skills or candor with children present. I was approached in a parking of a business I don't own. Asked for information of the business, Iexplained I don't own it and not employed by it. After associate couldn't find anyone in the main office of the closed business. Approached me again for information I didn't have. Then cussed at me and stormed off to her truck. All this despite the business phone number on the side if the building. Poor example of professional contact, while in a business vehicle.

  FM Roofing gave me the best ************, pricing & product and their project manager, ***** was top notch in being here during ********************** to assure everything was done correctly & efficiently. I definitely recommend them for an excellent job, start to finish on roofing and guttering.
