    We hired Prices Pro Roofing and Exteriors for a roof (Apr 2024) and siding replacement (Sept 2024). The experienceespecially with sidinghas been unprofessional and frustrating. Our insurance included Matching Siding coverage, but when our siding was discontinued, ***** (owner) insisted he found a match and resisted getting an ITEL report or providing a sample in person of this "match" that he found. After repeated pressure from us, he sent our siding to **** which confirmed the siding was discontinuedproving the "match" he found wasn't accurate. After install in September 2024, siding pieces immediately began separating and were not properly attached. On Oct. 8, 2024, we reported the issue with photos. ***** promised a fix but no one came. This cycle repeated for monthstexts, photos, promises to come tomorrow or this week, but no real action. In Feb 2025, more siding came loose. ***** again gave vague replies and empty assurances. On Apr 11, after we replied to their automated review request expressing frustration, ***** finally cameonly stayed 2 minutes and gave no updates.On Apr 14, he said we were scheduled for repairs that Saturday. No one came. Today (May 6), a full piece of siding came off, exposing the wood beneath. This is unacceptable.***** has repeatedly failed to follow through, take accountability, or deliver basic customer service. The siding work is defective and deteriorating. Weve been MORE than patient and just want this made right.

    I just recieved the BBB Notice in the mail Tuesday, May 27.   I reviewed the situation with Owner, ***** *****, and called ***** *******, our customer.  Since she filed this compliant, May 8 and prior to our knowledge of it, our company placed the order with our material supplier for new siding to replace the original siding installed.  These materials have been delivered to the customer's property and we have been in touch to let me know the siding crew is scheduled to install next week and should be completed by June 7 unless we run into any weather or other unforeseen issues.   ***** and I JUST finished a legnthly, pleasant phone conversation where she gave me the opportunity explain (not excuse), the reasons the issues occured and the time it has taken to get it resolved including; haveing had 5 major hailstorms in our area in 1 1/2 years with more than 100 customers needing FULL home restoration, we are a small company with 2 siding crews and each job takes 4-5 days to install, the siding material orders are taking longer thann usual due to tehe demand.  Meanwhile, we have not ignored this customer, we have made attempts to correct this origianal istallation and determined it is best to remove the siding, purchase new materials and have our #1 crew install, all at no expense to the customer, of course.  We regret having a disatisfied customer and intend to make everything right to their satisfaction.  ***** agreed that once we have accomplished that; she would consider retracting her complaint.
