      Helen is a liar. Not a seamstress. Dress came in. I went in for my fitting. They said they would deliver it that evening. Wedding day came. It was not the right dress that I had tried on. Had me fitted in the wrong dress. Then after the wedding said sorry no refunds, no returns. I first went in to be measured and pay for the dress June 17, 2024. The closer to the date we got I called and called, asking if the dress had arrived? Each time she would say no. The wedding was going to be Sunday, August 18, 2024. I didn't get a dress to try on until Friday, August 16th. They knew we were 7th Day Adventist and could not come in on Saturday. She did not care when I said I could not get into the dress. WHY? Because she had her money that she wasn't going to give back. The straps were in the wrong place. The dress had not been hymned. She wanted to prove that this was the right size...it all three of them to zip it up. I said I had wanted the cups removed because they were just taking up space. My supposed finished dress still had the cups in them and the straps had not been moved. All the time she was saying "oh, that will be no problem.," knowing she wasn't going to do anything to the dress at all. I was quite upset! I ended up having to wear a black gown from my closet. Do not ever use this place unless you want to give your money away. She does the lease that she can get away with.

      Dishonest and horrible customer service. Unethical business - run away from Helens.
