Terrible customer interaction, my son in-law was recently in a bad accident and they took his car then refused to allow him to get their families belongings including documents with personal information like SS numbers, there is a dark haired young girl who is extremely out of line and disrespectful, also this accident wasn't even his fault he was hit by another driver, there was never anything signed that even gave them permission to take his vehicle. One minute the police had it towed to clear the road then they tried calling it an impound which it wasn't. As nasty as they treat victims this place needs to be closed down asap due to extortion and victimizing the victims.

My car was towed due to my wife being arrested while driving my car. The basis of the arrest rested upon a warrant, that which the Maryland Heights PD enacted for a nonmoving violation that was never communicated to my wife, despite her efforts to pay any fines related to the singular traffic stop that resulted in two citations. They failed to alert her of one of those citations, hence the warrant for arrest. My car was towed by mcnamara and I strongly suspect that the vehicle registration was removed from the glove compartment when I attempted to pay for 3 days of storage at the rate of 50$ per day. My one star rating is actually a negative one star rating.

I had to give a star otherwise I would have not. I must say that I did *** have my car towed by them but their driver hit my car with Bobcat he was unloading.I called the police and reported the accident and they filed a report at the time of the accident and now McNamara's is saying it was my fault, when clearly the report said otherwise. They came to this conclusion 14 days after me trying, without any success, calling them to see what the next steps would be. They ever returned call. I made probably 10 calls to *****(Owner) only to be rebuffed by *******. ******* is the "Gate keeper" for *****. I would say that **** is nicer but I believe she is a new employee. I am warning everyone who might use this company to be careful because if they can't take responsibility for their mistakes, you can't trust them. I have more to say but I was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it. I have referred this to the proper authorities.

no stars given, made me choose - so I chose 1 star , our company van was hit and towed to this location by the police and when we called to retrieve , the girl answering the phone hung up on the owner of my company several times and refused to let his speak to a manager only because he was asking how to get our vehicle back -= very rude people , do not deal with these people

We apologize for any kind of rude tones and responses made from any of our office staff. That is not how we run our business. We take everyone's circumstances into consideration, but there are certain guidelines we require in order to release vehicles from our impound. We make sure to follow these guidelines and only release vehicles to registered owners to protect ourselves and the customers. We would be happy to explain the process to anyone who might have questions.
