      Dear Better Business Bureau,

Mr. and Mrs. ********** did purchase a membership at the Club on August 3, 2000, including a refundable membership deposit. They have been in contact with previous management throughout the years in an attempt to receive their deposit back earlier than agreed to in their Membership Agreement and according to our Membership Plan. According to the documents, each member who wishes to resign before the 30-year maturity date (30 years after joining),will be placed in line to be reissued and refunded 30 days after their membership has been reissued.
Approval was granted to give the Lodderhoses a refund for the amount they are entitled. They have been informed we will be refunding them, and the process resumed.

      Respectfully,

      The Club at **********

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: for almost 2 years numerous staff members including the company *** has promised me in writing a full refund of my $22,000 golf membership fees.  Now they are only offering me a partial refund of $12,500.

      Sincerely,

      **** **********

At this time, our Full Golf memberships are selling for $12,500. Please find supporting documents attached including their signed Membership Agreement and our current membership offerings.
