I booked a Campground reservation online outside of the ********************************************************************************************************************************** order for the deposit to be charged. I never confirmed the email. I said please do not book and please cancel the following day which was way outside the 14 day window. They are still insisting that they keep the deposit. It doesnt make sense. Furthermore, on the ****** review the manager or whoever talked about inside the 14 day window. My initial reservation and subsequent cancellation were all made outside of the 14 days. It is hard to read the email from them, but it is highlighted and says please reply to this email to confirm and then further down it states that , I am confirming that they can take the deposit. I never did. I want my $80.51 back.

The customer has already disputed this charge and lost the dispute.  She is now contacting the BBB.  Please see the attached documentation to support our claim to not refund.  When you click Book Now on our website at the bottom of the screen is a tab to click to read the cancellation policy. It is the customers responsibility to read the cancellation policy prior to booking their reservation.  I have attached screenshots of our website.   The last screenshot in my attachments is the final step before booking.  It states "By Clicking Confirm I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.   She had to click that button to proceed.  She receives a confirmation email after she books and if she wants to cancel prior to the 14 days she can but she will not get a refund for the deposit.   We didn't make her click that button, that was her choice.  No Refund is warranted.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me although they should remove the language in their email stating to reply in order to confirm in order to avoid confusion.

    Sincerely,
