The ****** review rating of this office is actually way too high, if I could've given it a zero star rating, I would have. You will never have the opportunity to speak to someone and set an appointment. You will be forced to leave a message, and be lucky if someone calls you back in 24 hours, and if they do, it will be after 6pm, when it's convenient for them. You will also be told you have to provide a credit card number for a $75 deposit, just to hold your appointment. 3 years ago ***** did a biopsy and stated I had cancer. I had the cancer removed and spent a year undergoing treatments at the ****************** in Lake St. Louis. I have been under the care of an oncologist ever since. My latest PET scan showed a hot spot near the original surgery site, and my oncologist sent a referral to *****'s office for a biopsy. I was told the doctor would not do a scan when she did the biopsy, I would have to schedule a second appointment. When I questioned it, I was told by a nurse that ***** was angry I hadn't been to the office since my original diagnosis, even though I was under the care of an oncologist. Because of the apparent grudge she was holding against a patient, she stated she would not perform the scan at the time of my biopsy appointment. I confirmed with the nurse that I was understanding her correctly. I told the nurse I would like to speak to the doctor about it at my biopsy appointment, and she said she would let the doctor know. The next morning, I received a call from the same nurse, advising ***** had canceled my appointment, and would no longer see me as a patient. After speaking with medical personnel at other offices, I was advised this type of irrational behavior was common at this office. I would strongly advise you to seek treatment at another facility.
