    My daughter was invited to a Keeper Wars Ink National event in July of 2024. I purchased a photo package where as my daughter is playing in the keeper games, a professional photographer will be taking photos of her. I purchased this through Keeper Wars Ink as this was a package advertised by them. I received a message from the company in September 2024 stating that they have seen samples of the photos and they look great but would need 2-3 more weeks for a turn around time. I reached out 2 additional times asking about the status and ultimately asking for a refund as I hadnt received anything. Then in October 2024, I received an email that the photographer has been unresponsive to Keeper Wars Ink. They stated that For reasons unknown, we stopped receiving replies from these 2 individuals.We are extremely upset by this as you are and are taking the following actions to rectify this matter as quickly as possible:Like you, we spent a lot of money to bring these individuals to Nationals and for footage as well, that we too have not received.We are working to get all photos and videos that were taken, to give to you. We know these memories are special!And we are working to collect and refund all money that was paid by our families and ****I continued to ask for a refund, but Keeper Wars Ink has gone silent. They sent out an email in February 2025 stating that due to their busy schedule traveling and hosting additional events, they were going to focus February and March getting refunds to families.I have continued to not hear anything and reached out to them via ******** business account and email.
