    In May 2021, I hired Done Right Roofing to cover the fascia on my house. While installing the fascia wrap, one of **** *****'s crew broke a slat in my attic vent. They did not bother to notify me that the damage had been done. **** ***** was notified of the damage on June 4th. **** eventually showed up to inspect the damage.

    November 8, 2021 - This was the last I attempted to contact him as he refused to respond my my texts. I still have all of the text messages on phone.

    While I don't have the dates, he did not answer my phone calls nor respond to my voice mails. i was able to contact him a number of weeks ago by calling from a different phone #. He told me he thought the job had been completed because he had hired someone one to complete the job. It is interesting that he hired someone yet failed to notify me of the hire nor did he try to schedule the installation.

    Perhaps he knew the *** would not do anything after a year and just continued to put me off until then.

    The estimated repair cost is $500.

    Materials are on order for this. As soon as they come in the repair will be completed. Supply chain issues and an non standard size vent has caused delay. I attempted to do the repair with a standard size vent when first contacted about the issue, but it could not be made to work. I have contacted other suppliers and have been informed that the vent should be available within the next two weeks.
