    I took a turbo here to be shipped, the part was supposed to be delivered guaranteed the following Monday, but was never shipped out due to the store closing because their pipes had burst. **** gave me the turbo back and stated that he could not refund me at that time because they were closed so the pipes could be repaired. He told me to come back on Jan 3rd 2023 and he would refund my ****** shipping fee. I have been back to the store several times and they were still closed much to my surprise I went by the store again yesterday, and there is a sign out front that says opening soon under new ownership. I want to know how I get reimbursed for the money that this man took from me, and did not provide the services. **** was also in raged when I went to the location and asked for my item back he was yelling and screaming at me and my mother. I would like this resolved it is not fair that I have to lose money because the company is under new ownership. I was promised a refund and now Im not sure how to get that back. I do indeed have the receipt showing what I paid.

    Called and spoke with ******** and she said she was not in business at the time of the complaint and is not aware of the customer or the complaint. She said has just bought the company.
