    I built my house in 2012 and had four large decks built onto the house using ********* products. About five years into the process, the decking started to fail. I contacted the company and they ask for photos and a detailed description of what was happening. I sent them 15 8 x 11 color photos with a letter. I never heard back from them. When I tried to call, much later I wasnt able to get in touch with them. Even today when you call their number for their manufacturing company which is Epoch composite decking you cant talk to anyone. I mean their answering machine literally hangs up on you. My deck is now completely disintegrating. I mean live this very literally the boards are disintegrating and one of my decks is 14 feet off the ground and another one is 28 feet off the ground. This is a dangerous situation And this decking is under warranty for 25 years so its been less than half of that time. I have no way to reach the manufacturing company and I need your help.
