    I purchased an item from this business on 01/15/2023, it was a Sightmark Wraith Nightvision scope, took it home, installed batteries and the item is defective. At that time I contacted Robs Guns and told them about the item not working which was supposedly a new item. I was told that it was in working order when I purchased it , even though it was not tested in the place of business to verify and I would just have to send it in for warranty. I owned the item for 20 minutes , long enough to install batteries and realize it was defective. i asked for a refund of my money or a replacement that they showed proof it was in working order when it left the store and was denied both

    This matter has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
    Mr. ***** ***** purchased the scope on 1/15/2023 at 5:06 pm. He returned to our store the next day, 1/16/2023, and said that his scope was not working.
    Rob, the Owner, personally tended to Mr. ***** and put new batteries in the scope. With new batteries placed, the scope worked. It was an issue with old batteries. Rob showed Mr. ***** that his scope was working after the new batteries were replaced.
    Before Mr. ***** left the store, Rob asked if he was happy with the scope that is now in working order.  Mr. ***** verbalized that he was happy with it. He even purchased more items before leaving the store with his working scope.
    Mr. ***** lodged a complaint with the BBB on the same day that the item was purchased, but when he came in the next day, we took care of it, and Mr. ***** stated that he was happy with the outcome of his scope purchase.
    The matter was resolved to Mr. *****'s satisfaction.
