    I paid **** $52,000 to do work inside my house down to the studs in the wall. I asked him to put a jacuzzi in my home but can&#**;t use it because when I use the jets the plaster cracks. He didn&#**;t do my flooring correctly, my floors are uneven. I tried to get him to come back and fix it. He said I will come back next week and fix it. The floors are uneven and he didn&#**;t finish the patio and steps going out my door. I have a contract with him. I begged him to come fix it. He said he is not putting more money for my home, My niece and her boyfriend put on a door for me and he was supposed to do this. If he would fix my dining room floor and cracked plaster fixed, I would be happy. He hasn&#**;t made any effort and I want it fixed. I would like my drywall fixed and the floor leveled and put some tile down.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

     

    he keeps giving me an excuse for an inside job.  I would like to make an offer if he would give me an exact time and date when he will start and when he will finish the job that would be acceptable.  This has been going on for 2 years.
