    On 1/19/2024 I took my car to bill at loving hands auto he had drove the car thought he knew what the problem was,as it had a vibration when accelerating and stopped when let off. He said it was mis firing he would take a look at it and get it running smoothly. We'll they first off wasn't supposed to do anything to it without talking to me first about it first to see if I wanted to move forward with it and give me a quote on costs. They was trying to run something on it to see what the problem was but it kept blowing fuses so they decided it was the plugs and wanted $90 for plugs and $100 for labor I said wait let me talk to my stepmother as she was going to be helping me pay this. Well I thought that's awful high so I called the auto parts store ********** and they told me plugs was around $43 then my step mom ordered them to be delivered at loving hands auto. They wanted different ones was better so called orders them they was $51 well that did not fix the problem but I owe $190 then they say the catalytic converter was the problem. I told them I'd have to talk to my stepmother that I could not afford all that when I was told they would work with me on paying the bill but now I got to pay the parts in which I did I paid the parts store. But with the catalytic converter they poked holes in it turned it over up towards the bottom of the car then tell me it's fixed they way wanted $250 for all plugs and holes in my catalytic converter ,labor. So I thought that was high for that plus it didn't fix the vibration I wanted fixed in the beginning. I called right back telling them it didn't fix the problem I was talking about I had one guy ride with me to see what I was talking about he was gonna talk it over with **** and let me know what it was well no call so I called and talk to **** he said bring it in might be motor mount broke. We'll I tried to drive to *********** for appointment and my transmission is slipping and smoking now I have to fix it again

    We did not do anything to the transmission. He car was cutting out when she brought it to her. I told how much the repairs would be. She wanted cheaper plugs that did not work well. When it left our garage it was working fine. We worked on the plugs, and the catalytic converter and exhaust system.
