    Took our vehicle to the business above to have a brake line repaired (see attached invoice), had to take vehicle back due to leaking brake fluid, told them to call before any work was performed. They called 3 days later and said the vehicle was ready. They didn't call before to let me know what was wrong or approximate charges. The work they did on 2/16/23 was more than the work done on 11/1/22.

    I feel if the work performed on Nov. 1, 2022 had been done properly, we wouldn't have had to take it back. Plus since I wasn't contacted before the work was done on 2/16/23. I shouldn't have to pay entire amount.

    WE TRYED TO CONTACT MR DAVENPORT BUT WAS UNAVALABLE .We informed him that he had SEVERAL rusted brake lines that needed to be fixed in order for his truck to be safe to drive we would fix one brake line and another would rupture I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO FIX TRUCK PROPERLY SO HE WOULD NOT HAVE SAME PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE . MR.DAVENPORT HAS SINSE CAME BACK FOR OTHER SERVICES AFTER SPEEKING WITH OTHER REPAIR SHOPS.

    I reject the position of Tires Brakes & More, LLC.

    The business didn't try contacting me.  We have caller ID and call waiting also.  There was no calls listed from him, except the call I mentioned earlier, calling to let me know they had repaired my vehicle, without giving me the problem and cost to repair.  I also wasn't told there were rusted brake lines.  I did take the vehicle to another business and found out that some of the parts I had been charged for wasn't installed.  They also found that the back passenger brake line was leaking and they tightened it up, but that was all they did.  I haven't been back for any other services, since that final day, nor will I go back to Tires Brakes & More LLC.  I feel that I have been overcharged at least $300 and that would be my settlement.
