    I wanted to purchase a *** boat. I was visiting various boat manufacture sites and decided on ************ because they were advertising what I wanted for $3206 including a trailer. They offered me a $250 discount if I would submit my personal information. Which I did. They also said they offered a military discount and I am a veteran. A dealer contacted me because I submitted my personal information. He told me that there was no $250 discount or military discount on this model. And the price of $3206 was just for the boat and the trailer would be an additional 1500. I told him the website clearly stated , the trailer was included. I I was pretty understanding regarding the $250 discount and the military discount because it is an entry-level boat. I totally did not understand why Lowes website included the trailer at that price and he wouldnt. The next day I get an email from the representative of ***** telling me that he looked and I was correct. Their website was misleading. Somebody made a mistake. He wouldnt honor the price. He can claim it was a mistake. I can say that it was intentionally misleading to get me to give them my personal information. Bottom line I didnt buy the boat. And Ill never buy a boat now from Lowes.

    Lowe Boats has been updating our website recently and we have apologized to ******************** for the errors on our website that caused some confusion recently. We have since corrected the errors on the website and the pricing and discounts are represented correctly.

    Yes I had an issue with my brand new **** boat. I followed the recommendation from their warranty group to return it to the dealership I purchased the boat from. It is ended up having to return to the factory for repair. ***** remained in contact with me through the process and expedited my warranty claim given that I have owned the boat 3 weeks. Another trip back to the dealership and then back to **** I received my boat. It came back better than new. They fixed things I didnt know were a problem. ***** has a gray deal of patience and answered all my questions. No, I was not happy I had to send my brand new boat for warranty work, but I am glad ?? did. Thank you **** and ***** for your help. You have my my and my sons fishing experience that much better.

    New fm165 pro boat 2018.water coming in due to 2 cracks in front.still warranty they will not fix it.manufactor flaw in weld.not a scratch on it.no cs.dont buy liwe
