    On 2/7/2025 I went to KFC in ******* and purchased a family deal explained what I liked after driving 30 minutes back home to realize when serving my kids the food that they gave me the wrong chicken. So obviously I called today 2/8/2025 to explain the issue and the first male I spoke to said ohh you did not speak to a manager yesterday and they did not write your name down so we cant do anything. I asked to speak to the general manager her name was ******** and she stated do you have the chicken if you dont I cant help you. I was just shocked at the response I got are you serious. I have the receipt with all the info if needed. I would like either a refund or replacement.

    I have spoken to the consumer twice through our complaint process. We do not offer refunds and have this posted all over, but without the product we cannot provide any sort of replacement or trade in either.
