Bought 2 vehicles from ***** which made us very happy in the beginning. Well we started struggling financially so we asked for help getting into a smaller vehicle so our payments and bills wouldn't be so rough. They found us a car so I was going to trade my truck in then pay the difference to get a better rate so the banks wouldn't be upside down as much. I was told to come in the next day to sign the papers because it seemed to be working great. Then the next day I was told to keep the truck and they would help me sell the truck. I was like okay. So after a couple weeks they didn't try to help me and the manager acted like he knew nothing of the deal and it was between the salesman and I. I tried to bring the car back after a couple weeks and tell the manager I couldn't afford both cars since they was supposed to be helping me. He said there is nothing he can do even though it's been less than a month. I paid $1500 down towards the car but they would hold the check for a month before cashing. After trying to bring the car back I cancelled the check because the bank I called with the loan said if I do that then the car would default to the dealership. So after that I brought the car back since I assumed it was no longer in my name after 30 days. Then I get a text to come get my car or it would be towed to owner. Then they held the car ransom until I paid the $1500 and had to be cash or cashiers check since what I did was illegal even though I tried working with them. They started threatening me and said are you threatening my employees? I told him his family should be disappointed in how he runs his business. I let the car be towed back and changed our dealership logos to ** ***** because we can't be associated with such scum of the earth dealership. Plus they never fixed the issues with the car they promised in the contract. We got out of that crooked car deal.
