    On November 25, 2022 I tried to update my personal information on the SonicBidder . com website and it would not save the data.

    I tried to also delete my personal information and/or account and no such option was available.

    I emailed ************************* requesting that all my data is deleted from their systems and that I do not wish to receive unsolicited SMS/MMS messages that cost me money to receive while I'm roaming.

    The email bounced back as undeliverable.

    I then submitted the request by way of contact form on this page - *********************************** and I still have not heard back, nor has my personal information been deleted.

    Good Morning.  We are sorry that Mr. ************* ******'s information was not received by us. He registered with Sonicbidder . com as a bidder on 05/21/2022.  We can definitely delete his information and he will not receive any correspondence from us. We do not solicit and wouldn't have had his information without him physically signing up as a Registered Bidder and accepting the Terms & Conditions of the sale.  

     

    Customers always have to accept the Terms and Conditions before their information is saved.  I will personally delete his information today, January 19, 2023.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    Your website does not have the functional capacity to either update, or delete personal information.

    All contact inquiries to your business prior to this BBB dispute have not been responded to and your conduct is completely unacceptable.

    I require all my personal information deleted from your systems and the account deleted.

    I require written verification that this has been completed.
