    The business has NOT paid us for our damages.  Our estimate for the camper repair and the personal items, rounded is $3600.  We have received one check of $1000 and nothing else.  We tried that night and every time we were back at our camper to make contact.  The office/store doors were always locked and no one was there.  That is why we reached out to the service guy, *****, to try and speak to *****.  On Sunday, we went to the office to check outagain, doors locked.  One of the people who actually lived in the campground, graciously trying to help us, called *****.  She said shed be right there.  We waited 45 minutes and no one showed.  We finally left thinking we would just have to call.  had it checked out). She said she had been going through health issues and asked if she could make us payments. We had taken the camper to a reputable repair place and gotten estimate.which we had sent her, along with a picture and a price for an electric pump air bed, an electric heater and a fryer. We agreed on her making three monthly payments until the damages were paid. She also asked if I would please take the bad reviews down, which I made a new review and stated what was promised to us. She sent us one check. Since that one check, she has not sent us another cent and has not returned any calls or txts. I got on ******** tonight and she has now blocked me completely. I dont think they have insurance since she was trying to take care of things herself. This is Poor Poor Business Practice. We deserve our camper and personal items repaired/replaced! I am so furious right now. It has been 9 months since the trip.I pray the Danger Has Been Repaired!!

    They did camp here. I had electrical improvements done here by a company and they wired a couple pedestals incorrectly. When the group was here for the weekend they did not bring anything to anyone's attention before they left. I was patrolling the campgrounds that entire weekend and drove passed them several times without anyone flagging me down. I believe they mentioned to a camp worker just prior to leaving. I did go through some health things but I was not hiding from anyone at any point. It was my understanding that the electrical company I hired was going to take care of things and when I reached out to the company, I found that they did not do what they were supposed to. I have since paid the estimate to the consumers. After some time the electrical company did come out and reassess things and did confirm their mistakes thus worked to resolve these things. It was never a set timeframe or certain dollar amount for refund. I never received any pictures but I did receive one email with an estimate. I did find a post from this consumer rallying their friends to create reviews for the campgrounds, and since has created an influx of bad reviews using similar wording to her own. They even took several screenshots of the business and used several social media platforms to spread this information to target my business. The mistakes that were made are not things that were intentional in any way. And yes, we do have insurance. We appreciate the folks who come here and want to create a safe, fun and happy experience for all.

    I HAVE SINCE PAID THE CONSUMER $500 ADDITIONAL AND THE REST WILL BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT IS PAID, THERE IS NO SPECIFIC TIME FRAME OR INSTALLMENT AMOUNT TO BE PAID, BUT IT WILL BE PAID.
