    I purchased the WonderFox DVD Video Converter - Life-Time License for $39.99, installed it on my living room computer. Immediately it caused major technical issues with my computer so I uninstalled the software, called tech support, and requested a refund. I then purchased the WonderFox DVD Ripper Pro + HD Video Converter Factory Pro $39.95 and installed that on my high-performance laptop in my office. The installation of this also caused major technical issues as well. I then uninstalled WonderFox DVD Ripper Pro + HD Video Converter Factory Pro from my high-performance laptop. I only had this software for about 1-3 hours and immediately got rid of software as not even the upgraded version worked. I then called customer support emailed: ********************************* to request both refunds. Both emails for the refunds repeatedly went back and forth until they stopped replying. This company is the most unprofessional company I have encountered in a LONG TIME. I do not recommend this company to anyone; they are scammers and do not hold up to their 30-day money guarantee police. I want to make it clear I only had the software less than 24 hours. They continued to tell me to send them video of the issue and said I must prove it to them that software caused both my computers to have technical issues, force stopping, freezing, and not working. I explained to customer support that I was not gong to put my computer at risk again. They are flat out denying my refunds. This company needs to be penalized for their unprofessional conduct toward customers and not issuing a refund. Do not buy their software, do not lose your money to these scammers. The email address replying to me was: ********************* and *********************************. The only way I will be satisfied is when (if) they issue me both my refunds.Sincerely,A dissatisfied customer and someone never recommending Wonder Fox/Video Converter Factory to anyone!

Seeing from the detailed order information and support communication you attached, you purchased WonerFox DVD Video Converter from another merchant named WonderFox Soft, Inc. (www.videoconverterfactory.com ) rather than from us (Wondershare). Please contact their support at ********************************* for assistance further.
