      I had few jobs done by them and the repairs was done well but 8 have a 1997 ford xl I had work done on this and it went fine most of the repair but had to bring back for a valve cover the repair under warranty so I had no other troubles on rear end rebuild but ther new Policy no work on older cars or trucks so if it older don't waste your time with them but i did fi d **** ****** in independence, Missouri will work on classic cars. I took it there for a front analytiment, and it was offering all types of services from my older vehicle. Any also have a place where you can go. Show off your older vehicles.

      I am sorry we had to implement this policy, we just do not have a mechanic at that location that we can confidently assign to your vehicle due to the age. We can always serve you at our Raymore location though, so sorry for the inconvenience!

      My fiancee went to this place last winter and got and the radiator fixed literally last summer or so but the air conditioner stopped working less than a month after we got it fixed and we were like why we just spent allllllll this money on fixing it we brought it to them and they had a smug attitude with us like we don't ever mess up we were so frustrated we left that day we got another man to fix it what did they fix because now we are replacing our radiator! Their work is crap! I am so tired of these mechanics getting over on people over and over again and getting away with it because we have to have cars to survive these days it's really frustrating for people that are living with a low budget because the government's constantly in our pockets I would really really appreciate if y'all take this to heart and not use this place because you will regret it use them at your own risk I know I did and now I'm a lot of money out! And I really wish y'all mechanics will stop taking advantage of people please we would really appreciate it we just want what we paid for. I would put zero Stars if that was possible that's the only reason why that one star is up there they don't even deserve that one.

      Hello Jessica, I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have looked into our system and I have not found anything related to your experience using your name. That is not to say you are incorrect about your experience, sometimes computer systems can be funny. However with your description, and my many years experience fixing cars, a radiator being bad is not going to cause your AC to be inoperative, it would cause your car to overheat. I am sorry for the confusion and I hope you have a blessed day!
