    I ordered Star Trek Attack Wing Ships Of The Line for $29.99 from Blogs Hobby Shop on April 7th, 2025. I got a confirmation email that told me I would be getting a tracking number once the order was shipped and to download the SHOP app to follow its tracking. The estimated delivery date was April 17tb - April 22nd. I have never received an email with tracing information. Around April 22nd I began attempting to get an update on my order. For 7 days I tried with no response from my multiple emails, multiple phone calls, multiple voicemails, not multiple Facebook messages. On April 30th I sent an email stated I would be contacting the BBB if I do not get a response or a product. That actually worked and 3 hours later I got a respond. I was told they already shipped my product and they would reach out to the post office to find out happened to it, and if they couldn’t figure it out by the end of the next day, a new product would be sent out to me for free. The next day I sent an email asking how the outcome was. Again no response. I began calling and email again with no response. On April 30th I again sent an email about contacting the BBB and got second of only 2 responses from this company. They sent “We have already stated the item was shipped. A new one has been shipped out without additional charges. Thank you. “. I have asked several times for tracking I information, what company it was shipped with, and estimated delivery date. No other responses have come from Blogs Hobby Shop. I am out my $30 and no product.

    The date of the transaction was February 27th 2025, for a pre-order of a product released on March 28th 2025. I reached out to support on the website multiple times from April 7th-14th 2025, as well as emailed the store support email on April 18th 2025. I have not received a single response from store owners. I spent $379.98 on 2x “Pokemon Journey Together Booster Box 36ct Display.” This product was released publicly on March 28th. I still have not received the product, nor a response from store owners. My order is still marked as unfilfilled on the store website.

    I Preordered Journey together for $190.00 on January 31st and was told it would be sent out on March 28th. I waited a few days after the 28th to reach out via email and received nothing. I messaged on Facebook and Instagram and nothing. After leaving a Facebook review and requesting a refund I was blocked. They won’t answer and emails or phone calls.

    I bought a box of sports cards from them in July of 2024 as a pre-order. I received zero contact from them and finally reached out in January of 2025. When I reached out they said their shipment was damaged and would arrive the next week. I again reached out on March 24th of 2025 after receiving zero contact. They then claimed a completely different UPS issue and I would have to endorse a check from them to get a refund. When I asked more questions I then the story was my shipment was damaged but provided no UPS info so seemed as if story changed (every single previous order has UPS info so seems like a lie to be honest). It is now March 28th and no refund. I emailed them this morning requesting a refund asap and still nothing, and it shows they’ve seen my message and ignoring it. Please also note I did a card break with them in Sept where they charged two people for same team and when I had to reach out they then refunded me (very bad in card breaking world and if I didn’t reach out they would have stole my money). I have screenshots for all conversations but essentially I bought a product in July of 2024 that I haven’t received and haven’t gotten a refund for. I also paid $171 and current price for item is $225 plus tax and shipping from Panini (manufacturer) website and so even with refund I now can’t get item because price had gone up significantly.

    I preordered a hobby box of 2024 Panini Prizm Draft Picks Collegiate Football Hobby Box for $224.99 USD that was set to release (and ship) on December 11, 2024. I hadn't heard anything after that about shipping but with the holidays gave them the benefit of the doubt and then after the New Year, I emailed them and got no response. I tried again today (about a week later) and now it says their email address no longer exists. I've had issues with this store owner in the past (but received my orders) but decided to give them another try and got burned by them. At this point, I wouldn't even trust the cards they'd send and would just want my money back from them. I'm including previous correspondence about this order from when I mistakenly asked about it before the release date based on their included "estimated ship date" since I had missed that it was a pre-order at the time. You can see back then they had responded. But now that it's time to ship my order, nothing.

    We have not seen any email from this customer about his order not being shipped out. 

     

    All orders were shipped out and we assumed his order was delivered with no issues. We have gone ahead and completed a full refund for the product he has ordered as we are unaware why the order was not delivered by UPS like we shipped out.

     

    We apologize for the inconvenience this caused our customer.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. While their response is nothing but lies, I emailed them and after the 2nd time trying to follow up, they apparently blocked my email on both their email addresses bc I got an auto-response that the emails no longer existed. However, they've refunded the purchase and therefor, I'm good with the outcome. Thank you for getting involved as I feel it's the only way it would've been resolved.
