    $80 mattress shipped directly from Walmart and sold on their website for $140. I could have bought it on Walmart.com myself. Thank you for the reminder that scammers are still all around us.

    Ordered a bed only for it to come mislabeled. And missing parts. The paint job was crap. They ignore your emails. Their return policy is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. Customer service sucks. They should be ashamed of how they treat people.

    In summary, this company makes poor quality products and doesn't comply with their own policies. We purchased a bed for our daughter from the company a couple weeks ago. It arrived damaged a few days later, and we decided we no longer trusted the quality of the bed for our small child. I emailed the company requesting support for the return since we were within the 30 day return policy window. The company ignored my request for a return and essentially told us they were sending us a spare part and so could not accept a return. We did not want and never requested the spare part. In summary, this company makes poor quality products and doesn't comply with their own policies.

    This is the worst company. I ordered a bed from them and as I was putting it together I had to drill out the holes they made because the screws didnt fit, then 3 screws broke off inside the bed and the top of the s**** completely broke off. I contacted them and they insulted me by sending a picture stating I put the bed together the wrong way and they couldnt refund me because I had already assembled the bed and when I told them and sent pictures that I couldnt return it even if I wanted to they ignored me. I have yet to hear back. Also, they conveniently only have 5 star ratings on their site and when I tried to submit 2 reviews it wouldnt post. So this company is absolute c*** -5 stars.

    Hi Crysta. We have reviewed our orders and we have no record of you purchasing a bed from our company. We publish all reviews. Reviews go through a screening process, and they must be posted from a verified purchaser. We have a problem with scammers trying to post reviews who have never ordered from our site.
