      Last year, 2021, I ordered three stamp lots from Swan. It was mail order using their coupon and I included my credit card number for payment. I heard nothing from the company for several months, then early this year, 2022, I received an email message stating that they had charged my account $36.00, That was the total for my ordered items. The message said nothing else, nothing about the items ordered or anything else. I assumed that they were going to send the items, so I patiently waited some more months. Still nothing happened until I emailed the company complaining of the lack of action. In April of this year I received a reply saying "I am out of one of the items. I will ship what I have and refund the rest." Still nothing happened. I waited until September and complained again and demanded the return of my money. Still nothing has happened. Can you help?

      Just to let you know that Swan Philatelic Imports has resolved my complaint, your no. ********.  Today I received merchandise that fulfills my original order to the company.  Thank you very much for your assistance.

      Since December 2021, payment for two boxes of stamps not received and two orders not filled (amount owed $321.50). Despite repeated e-mail and phone requests, and promises made, there has been no progress. This is very disappointing after years of good relations.
