This business disguises themselves as part of the USPS and makes people think they will assist you in gaining employment if you pay them $48 to take the post masters test. They make you think there is job openings in your area when in fact there is not! This is also an attempt to gain your personal information and financial information and financial institution information. You have to email more than once to ask for a refund. You cannot get anyone on the phone. They will then request you send debit/credit card info and bank statements before a refund is given! It’s all a scam by a man named ******!

    Hello,

First, just to be clear, we've been in business for over 25 years, so we are most certainly NOT a "scam".  There is no "disguise", we have an entire Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on our website that outlines in great detail any and all questions someone might have.  We are not attempting to get personal information, as a matter of fact, we do NOT sell ANY customer information and the information is stored in an Encrypted program so we can issue refunds when necessary.  As stated on our Contact Us page, we can be reached by phone or email.  During normal business hours, if all of our reps are on the phone, it will go to voice mail and ALL calls are returned within 1 business day.

Despite all of the facts above, this individual had already reached out to us requesting a refund on 1/2/24.  Upon asking for the refund form to be completed so we could locate them in our computer system, they informed us that they couldn't return the refund form.  Therefore, due to their unique name, we found them in our computer system and we issued a REFUND back to them on 1/2/24.  This all took place BEFORE we ever received the "complaint" from the BBB. So, upon receiving the "complaint" from the BBB, there is NO ACTION for us to take, because we had already issued the refund back to the customer BEFORE we ever received any communication from the BBB.  So, this "complaint' should not be listed, as there was no action for us to take, as the refund had already been issued to this customer.  We have attached the email conversation along with the proof of Refund.

    Hello,

******** **** ordered our employment package on 8/23/23 at 10:22 am.  At 3:04 pm on 8/23, she contacted us via email asking for a refund, per the attached, documented email conversation.  At 3:36pm on 8/23 we issued a full refund per her request, and communicated back to her, as evidenced by the attached email conversation.  Further, in our email reply to her, we advised her that the job openings do change every day and that if she didn't see the opening, we would issue an immediate refund, which is exactly what we did.  That information is ALSO stated on BOTH the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page of our website AND the refund form itself that comes in the package.  Apparently, **** **** did not see ANY of this information.

We then received the communication from the BBB on 8/23/23 at 7:38pm, several hours AFTER we had already issued a refund to **** **** earlier in the day.  This is all proven by BOTH the attached email conversation AND the attached Refund receipt.  Therefore, due to the evidence and documentation, this "complaint" should be removed from our files.  The documented refund AND communication ALL took place BEFORE we were ever contacted by the BBB.  This is clearly proven through the attached documents.  Therefore, please remove this "complaint" from our files.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

This website/business is a scam to steal money! I only realized it after trying to apply for a job that doesn't exist. They took my money for a fake test that doesn't exist too. I then found this website that documents research done on this business and all it's other websites (that are just the same site) delailing the scam. It's very misleading in an attempt to get peoples money* *******************************************************************************************
I want my money back because this is fraudulent!

    Business Response

    Hello,

First, just to be clear, we are most certainly NOT a "scam".  We have been in business for over 20 years assisting individuals in gaining employment.  The employment package we have is a Copyrighted package and material that is not available for free anywhere.  Furthermore, our websites have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page that goes into great detail on every aspect of this employment opportunity and our employment service.  Any questions or concerns that anyone might have are all answered there.

For this specific individual, they ordered our employment package on 7/9/23 and then immediately contacted us informing us that they wanted a refund.  A refund was then immediately issued.  The attached documents prove this.  The individual may or may not have seen the refund back in their account yet, as that is completely out of our control, as the refund transaction has to go through the banking/card system.  But we DID issue the refund.

Since this refund was issued BEFORE we ever received this "complaint" from the BBB, please remove this complaint from our file.
